Nanofiber Air filter cartridge

Cellulose / Synthetic fiber / Polyester fiber coating with a layer of nanofiber.

1. Superfine synthetic fiber, the average diameter is about 0.2 micron;
2. Filtration efficiency: Can reach 99.99% @ 0.5 micron under 7.5 cm/s face velocity, MERV13-15(ASHRAE52.2);
3. Extending the filter life as well as reducing pressure drop, thus save energy;
4. Better pulse cleanability and dust-holding capacity;
5. Deep pleat or mini-pleat;
6. Top & end caps and inner & outer liner materials option: At your request.

Metal industry, Parmacy, Paint and color, Welding, Cement, electronic, cigarette, chemical, pharmacy, and so on with higher dust concentration and have high requirement about the quality of air.

Packing is important especially for carboard frame disposable filters and HEPA filters with glassfiber filter media. So we are very careful with it.
